We work with your local post office and postmaster to confirm locations, requirements, and final acceptance so the units are fully approved for mail delivery. We also include organized labeling of keys for no additional charge.

What is the shipping time?

We offer a one-year warranty on installation. Our manufacture, Florence, provides a five-year limited warranty for its commercial mailboxes, centralized mail equipment, and accessory products. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship of any manufactured item. If a defect is found, Florence may repair, replace, or refund the price paid for the defective item at its discretion.
